While fishing across the bay we noticed something splash along shore and start swimming toward us. We were 50+ yards from shore and watched as it came straight towards us and got closer and closer. We couldn't believe it when it reached the boat and up popped those big ears. I grabbed it by the scruff of its neck and dropped it in the boat. We let it rest, fed it a couple of peanuts, and then took it closer to shore for a short swim back to land.
